Rule 16E
Can extend the period of stay in the juvenile correctional home
If the child sent to the juvenile correctional home has reached the age of 16 years according to the prevailing law, if the related juvenile correctional home recommends that his behavior has improved and it is appropriate to keep him in the juvenile correctional home for a longer period, the jailer shall initiate juvenile correctional in the case of such children. The period of staying at home can be extended.
